Hindi text to speech API
Swarvo TTS turns Hindi text into natural speech through a simple request: send text, choose a voice, receive audio. It is built on Maya 2 Native (Apache-2.0) with a small LoRA adapter that strengthens emotion handling in Hindi while keeping the original voices and cloning ability.
Streaming output means playback can start almost immediately, which matters for voice agents where every fraction of a second is audible.

An Indian TTS API for Indian languages
Most text to speech models are tuned for English first. Swarvo TTS starts from a model trained on Indian languages including Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu, plus English. Voices were each trained on at least one hour in the languages listed on the base model card.
A voice can be asked for a language it was not trained on, but it may sound less native there. We recommend testing your target language and voice pair before committing.
How it was evaluated, honestly
In a small blind listening test of an earlier pilot, one listener preferred the emotion-tuned version in 11 of 18 pairs. The shipped v1 was selected using automatic speaker-similarity measures and has not yet had its own blind listening test. We will publish results when that is done.
